What matters about HVAC in Lolo
Lolo has been building steadily, and new construction is where the heating decision is least expensive to get right. Sizing the system at the plan stage, running ductwork before the walls close and matching equipment to the actual envelope costs nothing extra at that point and is expensive to correct later.
It is also a town with a lot of older homes on larger lots, and a fair number of shops, garages and outbuildings that were never heated at all. Those are close to ideal mini-split jobs - one outdoor unit, one or two indoor heads, no ductwork, and a space that goes from unusable in January to comfortable.
Lolo is close enough to Missoula that we treat it as a home-town call rather than a drive.
