When a furnace quits in a Missoula February you want two things: someone who can find the actual fault, and someone who will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing. We do both, and we are as willing to tell you a repair is not worth the money as we are to sell you one.

Multiple customers have written publicly that we did not push them. One had already been through another Missoula company before calling us. That reputation is worth more to a two-man shop than any single oversold repair, and it is why we will talk you out of one.
Our hours, stated plainly
We run Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. We are not a 24-hour operation and we are not going to tell you we are.
What we can do is answer fast inside those hours and get to you quickly, which is what our reviews actually say about us. If your furnace is limping rather than dead, calling on a Tuesday is a much better outcome for you than waiting for it to fail on a Saturday.
If you have a no-heat situation outside our hours and it cannot wait, call somebody who is open. We would rather say that than leave you sitting in a cold house waiting on us.
Things worth checking before you call
Two of them are free and they solve a real share of no-heat calls. Check that the thermostat is calling for heat and that its batteries are not dead. Then check the filter, because a filter that has not been changed in a year will choke airflow badly enough to trip the furnace out on a high-limit.
Also check that the furnace door panel is seated. Most furnaces have a safety switch that cuts power when that panel is off, and a panel that did not get pushed home after a filter change will look exactly like a dead furnace.
If those are all fine, stop there and call us. Gas and combustion are not a place to experiment.
